The concert, compèred by Cllr John Walsh, included Jean Martyn on the magnificent organ, Kearsley Youth Brass Band, Taylor’s Theatre Academy and College, Phoenix Knights of Harmony and the fantastic Lancashire Artillery (Volunteers) Band.
The evening culminated in an Act of Remembrance with standards from across Bolton being paraded. Marcus Pollard and Martin Eckersley were the proud standard bearers for Westhoughton.’
