Oakwood Distribution Centre is 18 years old!

‘The Mayoress and I attended a celebration of 18 years since the establishment of Oakwood Distribution, a subsidiary of Tesco, at Wingate's industrial Estate. Andy Vallis, General Manager, gave a humorous introduction of the significance of the day, the Mayoress gave a potted history from the start up of the logistic centre to its growth seen today. I took the opportunity to thank Oakwood on behalf of the Council for its support to the community over the years, long may it continue and prosper.’
